Crunch
As much as I live in the gym, I am still djing at Crunch tonight. A great venue to practice. I am djing at the newest NYC club, Covet, tomorrow night as well. Should be cool! I have been extremely busy trying to take over Manhattan lol. Stay tuned!

Getting Organized
I didn't blog about this, but I had to replace my computer in October. I have been spending the past four months organizing and strategizing how to dj while maintaining my other endeavors. I am definitely going to be DJing more, and you will be seeing me a little bit of everywhere!

Dreams
I had a dream last night about my Grandmother. I was supposed to go to Atlanta today for an event, but luckily travel plans were shaky so I booked a flight to Denver. I am on the plane now. I made a vow to visit my family at least one per month. I admit it is becoming more and more difficult to be away from them. I can't wait to take my Grandfather for a walk and to chill with my Grandma. They made me! I know I get some caught up in the matrix and in the daily grind of making it in the big City, but my priorities are straight. Have a great weekend.

Electro Transformation
I am really starting to get into Electro music. The door opened last year, and I am going to officially start playing more electro and getting gigs in that market. I started djing because I love hip-hop but the crowd that my PR company brings out are not die hard hip-hop fans. I'm excited about my new path, and I know my ear for electro is going to open many doors.

Getting Started Early
I started my day early. I just get more things accomplished when I wake up early. I am working for the next few hours. Then, I am going to Crunch to do some exercises. Oh, I am a DJ for Crunch and am going to be DJing with Equinox in a matter of time because that's what I want to do :-). This is fantastic news since I am such a gym rat. I can't wait to show off my hard work this summer. Age is such a number! I am better shape now than at 21. Each Saturday, I take an African Dance class at Alvin Alley as well. I absolutely love it! I wonder when I am going to graduate from the beginner class? It's never too late to start something new. Soccer season is over, but Rachel Noerlinger, Al Sharpton's publicist, and I will be going a new league. I think the key is befriending people who enjoy the same activities as you. There is more to life than fruitless industry parties. I want to challenge my mind and body always.
Unfortunately, I am not going home this weekend to see my family. I miss them, and am I little home sick. Thank goodness, Jane Carter invited me over for Easter Weekend. Have a great Easter! If I am at her house, it will be a weekend of working and playing hard-Wine, the jacuzzi, and my laptop. The Jane Carter Solution just got into Target. I hope that I accomplish something of the magnitude in my lifetime. You have to surround yourself around the people you aspire to be! That's the only way. On that note, peace and blessings....
